What is the Win the Job Workshop?

The Win the Job Workshop is designed to give aspiring head coaches the edge they need to land their first head coaching position. The workshop consists of 2 comprehensive preparation opportunities for future head coaches.

1️⃣ 1:1 Personalized Strategy Session – Get personalized coaching with a Feel for the Game team member to refine your resume, cover letter, portfolio, and anything else you’ll need to secure an interview!

2️⃣ In-Person Experience – A hands-on opportunity to sharpen your interview skills in a high-stakes, simulated setting, so you walk in with confidence when the real moment arrives!

This is only offered to coaches who have never before been a high school head coach.

All event resources will be stored in a private course within our Skool community, giving attendees lifetime access to exclusive content, tools, and insights. This means you can revisit and apply what you’ve learned anytime—long after the event is over!

What is Feel for the Game?

We have been running in-person Think Tanks since 2019. During these annual fall events, we invite the top basketball minds across the state to join and learn, share, and grow together as we prepare for the upcoming season.

During Covid, we also launched this website in an attempt to stay connected and learn about this great game during a time of uncertainty.

We have recently migrated all of our resources from our in-person events over to a Skool community so that we can both access resources but also stay connected.
