Think Tank 2024

What is our Think Tank?

So often at clinics, the information presented is valuable, yet surface level because of the lack of time allocated for each presenter. At our Think Tanks, we tap into the knowledge and experience of ALL participants as we explore a depth within the topics that optimizes learning and applicability.

We are excited to offer our 5th annual Think Tank!

The Think Tank is open only to High School Head Coaches.
Assistant coaches, club coaches, etc. are welcome to attend as observers, but must register for the Next Wave Clinic.

Run it Back!

Year 2 of the Next Wave Mastermind is here!

What is a Next Wave Mastermind? This is a group of the up-and-coming coaches who aspire to be a high school head coach one day.

It will be a combination of full group sessions. Small group breakouts. And a Crunch Time mini clinic series where every coach will have a chance to share “their best thing!”

This mastermind will allow like minded coaches to network, share their insights, and prepare for the next level of coaching.

We are excited to announce one of the Next Wave Mastermind attendees last year landed a head job for this season!

And another scored a job as an assistant, due to a relationship that was established at the Think Tank!

A Next Wave Mastermind Registration provides access to attend the Think Tank as an observer. Coaches will be able to learn from and network with some of the top coaches in the state!

Hear from previous Think Tank attendees!

“Feel For the Game’s Think Tank provides an opportunity for professional growth and networking in a way that you can’t get from bigger coaches clinics. This front seat experience fosters personal engagement on a high level with relevant, applicable topics. Think Tank 2021 expanded my knowledge base and provided me an opportunity to build relationships with coaches throughout the state of Indiana. I highly recommend you register for the next Think Tank. You will be glad you did!”

“Feel for the Game Think Tank is a MUST for any basketball junkie. Excellent opportunity to network with coaches from around the state, learn new terminology, grow your understanding, evolve on your philosophy, reflect on your practices, challenge old habits, and ultimately make yourself a better person and coach. Thank you Feel for the Game for this amazing experience!”
